My Coaching Style
My coaching style at STOIC Health & Performance is very interactive. I believe in getting to know my clients on a personal level to understand their full picture. My programming is based around current fitness level, as well as work/life demands. I focus on helping you achieve your goals while ensuring you enjoy the process along the way. It’s about sustainable success, not just pushing you to the limit.

Who I Coach
The ideal runner for STOIC Health & Performance is someone who wants to improve their performance, while enjoying the journey and not letting their training take over their life. I coach runners who understand that balance is key to long-term success and happiness in the sport. If you're looking to achieve your running goals without sacrificing other important aspects of your life, you're the kind of runner I can help.

My Running Journey
I started running competitively at the young age of 13, mostly in middle distance events (800m & 1500m). More recently, I've expanded to half marathons, full marathons, and ultra marathons. Running has given me a lot, and now I want to give back and help people achieve their running goals through STOIC Health & Performance. My personal experience informs my coaching philosophy and allows me to connect with my athletes on a deeper level.
